2) when my dad was downstairs to like "fetch" me from the taxi,
i walked to him expecting scolding.

dad - oh you know today.......i went... buffet....... blah blah blah.

then he starts telling me everything he did today.
ah then!
when i reached home,

me - are your angry with me?
parents - for what?
me - cause i reached home late? (duh..)
parents - but you never do anything wrong, no reason to scold. you already told us where you going, where you are and besides you are with your friends. and now you safe and sound at home. CAN ALREADY!
me - heh ok -.-

REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD GIVE YOUR CHILD MORE FREEDOM :
- they won't be scared of you
- they will have a nicer childhood/teenage years
- there will be a lower chance of rebellion.
